Abstracts CD – TAKEN BY GPIC
US$18,000

The Abstracts CD is distributed to every professional delegate. Your company name and logo will appear on the CD label and exterior cover.

Technical Program / Audiovisual Equipment and Services
US$30,000 / Increments of US$15,000

ME Petrotech cutting-edge presentations are not possible without projection
and display technology and services. Your company’s name and logo will be
recognized electronically in each session hall and on signage in the poster
presentation area.

Delegate Bag
US$33,000

Your company’s name and logo and event name will appear on this item which
will be carried by an anticipated 1,500 conference delegates long after the
event has concluded.

Promotion in Delegate Bags
US$8,800 Per Item

There is an opportunity to place 1,300 sponsorship items in the conference
delegate bags e.g. pens, writing pads, gifts etc.

Preliminary & Final Conference Program – TAKEN BY XENEL GROUP
US$22,000

This official guide includes the official conference schedule and delegate
information, technical presentation times, and letters of welcome by various
dignitaries and is given to every professional registrant. Your company’s name
and logo will be featured on the front cover.

Lanyards – TAKEN BY BAKER PETROLITE
US$6,050 (plus lanyards)

The sponsor has the opportunity to provide 5,000 lanyards with corporate
identity for all conference delegate and visitor badges. These will be
distributed to all delegates and visitors at the ME Petrotech 2008 registration
areas.

Internet Café
US$16,000

• A lounge in the exhibition floor for anticipated 1,300 conference delegates,
  serving tea, coffee and biscuits.
• Single page insert in the conference delegate bags, promoting the
  sponsor
• Furnishing, carpet stand fitting, staff drinks and equipment is provided
  by the organizers
• A cloth banner suspended between two towers across the width of the
  lounge provided by the organizers.

Coffee breaks
US$9,900 per day

Your company and its logo will be recognized at the sponsored catering points
for each day of your sponsorship.

Conference Registration – INTEREST BY DOW EXPORT
US$27,500

Registration for the conference will be carried out through the ME Petrotech
official web site with delegates paying by credit card. The sponsor’s name and
logo will be displayed prominently on an A4 sheet of paper which also contains
a bar code. The delegates present this sheet with sponsors logo and bar code
at the conference registration which is scanned to produce the delegate badge.
The sponsor’s logo will also be displayed prominently in a banner at the
conference registration as well as on the registration page (with a link to the
sponsor’s web site) on the web site registration page. It will also be printed in
the hard copy of the technical conference programme.

Signage
US$15,000

Your company name and logo on all temporary directional signs inside the
Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

Official Opening Ceremony Dinner (Sunday, 25th May 2008)

The main social event of Middle East Petrotech 2008 is the Gala Dinner to
which senior management of national oil companies, VIP’s, government
officials, speakers the organizing committee members, conference delegates
and exhibitors are invited.

Details of the sponsor are printed in the Conference Programme and invitation.
There is an opportunity for the sponsor to provide and dress the room in an
appropriate manner with corporate signage and banners and to give a short
presentation during the dinner.

The invitation and conference programme includes the sponsor’s name and
logo as host.

Closing Ceremony
US$12,000

A prize giving opportunity will take place during the closing ceremony and
certificates will also be handed to participants.

Catered lunches
US$27,500 per day

This official luncheon is on the occasion of the closing ceremony of the ME
Petrotech exhibition and conference and is for delegates / speakers, the
organizing and technical committees and VIP’s. Anticipated number of 700
guests.

The price includes raffle prizes of three lap top computers to give out by the
sponsor and an opportunity to address the guests.

This opportunity includes corporate signage in the form of banners for the
room and inclusion of the sponsor’s name and logo as host on the invitation
and the conference programme.

Iraqi Delegation
US$37,000 Price per group of 10 delegates

An official group of around 30 downstream oil engineers will be invited through
the Iraq Ministry of Oil. The sponsor will have the opportunity of presenting to
the delegation in a room at the exhibition centre or hosting the group for a
lunch or dinner.

The sponsor is entitled to inclusion of it’s log on the Iraqi official pavilion which
has been donated by the organizers free of charge.

General Support
US$1,000 and up

Show your support of the Middle East and ME Petrotech 2008 by contributing
to the conference’s general fund. All monies contributed will go to offset
conference expenses.
