About Petrotech 2008

Since it’s inception in 1996, the Middle East Petrotech series has played a significant role in the development and transfer of downstream hydrocarbon technology in the Middle East.

Middle East Petrotech 2008 will feature an outstanding exhibition of hardware and services coupled with a comprehensive technical conference programme which ensures a valuable exchange of refining, gas and petrochemical field knowledge among managing, operating and supplying companies.

Attended as it is by almost every oil producing state in the region, Middle East Petrotech provides a vital platform where peers can learn about and share technology and best practices to be used in resolving the unique challenges of managing and exploiting the most significant hydrocarbon reserves in the world.

The exhibition attracts high profile participation from leading companies in oil, gas and petrochemicals including Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) , Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).

Visitor delegations from each of these companies attend the highly regarded conference and come to evaluate the technology on display. Their active support also involves showcase stands at the show; participation on the conference committee, ensuring that the programme maintains its excellent technical focus with special relevance to the Middle East and presentation of papers within the conference programme itself.
